Meet The Dentists

Dr. Roel Gonzalez

Dr. Roel Gonzalez

Dr. Roel Gonzalez, or “Dr. G,” is a native Texan who returned to The Lone Star State after completing an educational and military tour of the world. He received his dental degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, which included overseas externships in Thailand.

After dental school, he was commissioned as a U.S. Air Force Captain and completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Medical Center in Ohio. He then served our military members and their families as a general dentist in multiple Air Force hospitals in Japan.

After completing an honorable military career, he continued on to pediatric specialty education at Children’s Hospital Colorado, one of the world’s top-ranked pediatric hospitals.

Dr. G considers himself very blessed to serve his community alongside his wife, Dr. A. He enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures. He loves eating, and his favorite food is anything Dr. A puts together in the kitchen. He really enjoys dates with his wife, spending time with their sons, and running with his dog, Lola.

Dr. Ana Lavermicocca-Gonzalez

Dr. Ana Lavermicocca-Gonzalez

Dr. Ana Lavermicocca-Gonzalez, or “ Dr. A,” finished at the top of her class when she received her dental degree in 2004 from the University Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho in Venezuela. Immediately after graduation, she moved to the wonderful city of Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil, where she completed in 2007 her Orthodontic Residency at the Gamma-Filho University.

In 2012, she relocated to the U.S. to pursue her love for pediatrics. She completed her second specialty residency in pediatric dentistry at the prestigious UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. A is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English, and Italian. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, Dr. G, their sons, Thomas, Lucas, and their dog, Lola. She is passionate about traveling and experiencing new cultures and foods.

Dr. A considers herself very blessed and fortunate to be able to practice in a family-owned and operated kids dental office alongside her husband.
